Pirates Quay - Little Torch Key

This property meets all our requirements and is a great place to rent in the Florida Keys. The location is just 30 minutes from either Key West or Marathon with plenty of things to do and see. The quiet neighborhood with direct access to a canal is ideal and you can be in the Atlantic or the Gulf of America, quickly, with just a short boat ride. The landscape lighting is very nice but the owner is in the process of redoing some of it so we are not sure when it will be all working again. We found some small ants on our last visit but maintenance was very responsive in solving that minor issue. Another note, the refrigerator is somewhat hard to control the temperature and can go from a tad too warm to freezing some contents. We kept a close eye on it and were able to get by on our two month stay. The freezer works well and there is an additional refriderator/freezer in the ground level room that comes in very handly.
