Welcome to "SUNSET LANDING". Located in one of the best boating areas in the Florida Keys, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home overlooks the salt ponds facing west for your own private sunset viewing every night. It has been recently updated and is tastefully decorated with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay.

Outside you will find hammocks to relax in, and outdoor bar, bikes to check out the area and a dock that will accommodate most any size/type boat. Located on the ocean side of Little Torch Key in a deep wide canal, there are no bridges to the open water and it's a quick easy shot out of the canal.

It's all about location and this home is super close to some of the best fishing and diving areas in the Keys!  Enjoy all the unlimited water activities like swimming, fishing, snorkeling and diving right out your back door. Located in a quiet area, you’ll also enjoy beautiful surroundings and an assortment of Florida Keys wildlife featuring birds, iguanas, native lizards, manatees, Key Deer, and tons of fish in the canal. 

Shopping in Big Pine Key is nearby with a plaza hosting Winn-Dixie, Artists in Paradise, Beall’s Outlet, a UPS Store, restaurants, a nail salon, and more. Also in Big Pine is the local Flea Market which is open during “season” on the weekends. And the year-round Boondocks Farmer’s Market on Saturday’s is just a quick drive or bike ride away.

The Lower Keys offers many restaurant options within just a few miles of this home like Kiki’s Sandbar, Tonio’s, Square Grouper and My New Joint Lounge, Broil, Boondocks, Galley Grill, and those are just to name a few.

You can also take a trip down to Key West for the daily sunset celebration or a romantic sunset cruise in about a half hour's drive. Or visit one of the many venues offering the finest in live entertainment and great food. Be sure to take a stroll up and down Duval Street and visit the art galleries, shops, and more! And don’t forget about Marathon which is only about a half hour the other direction. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along with Aquarium Encounters, the Turtle Hospital, Sombrero beach, the Dolphin Research Center, and tons of other activities. No matter which way you go, there’s tons of fun to be had!
 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a monthly rental. During season (Winter and Summer), we only rent full months at a time, ie. all of January, all of February, all of March. We do not split months, ie. Jan 15 - Feb 15.
